Review on 🥤 Efficient Performance at its Finest: Hurom H-AA Slow Juicer in Sleek Matte Black by Dave Hersma

I bought my Hurom to make celery juice only. Celery can be tricky for a juicer. After a few months of daily use of the machine I started having some trouble with the 2 silicone brushes falling out easily. I was afraid of losing them when cleaning parts. Customer service said there was nothing they could do and if I felt I needed a replacement even though it was relatively new I would have to order it. I ordered them but when I received them there was little difference and the new ones didn't last at all! Their small difference lies in their shape. I wrote a review based on that because I didn't want to deal with customer support again. I recently received an email from Cole's Account Manager inquiring about an issue I am having. He really listened to me and immediately refunded my silicone parts and sent me a new basket of silicone parts right away! Cole stopped by and made me feel like a valued customer. I am so pleased with his response that it has restored my confidence in this company's customer service department. Now I can get back to juicing! By the way, this machine makes great celery juice and has a nice sleek design that looks great on my counter for everyday use. Thanks Hurom for making me smile again!
