Excellent juicer! I've been using this Hurom for about a month and I really like it. Makes great juice out of almost anything you put in it. Spinach, carrots, lettuce, beets, cucumbers, oranges, ginger, grapes, celery, apples. anything. I feel better and now my kids drink veggies and love them. I bought my Hurom to make celery juice only. Celery can be tricky for a juicer. After a few months of daily use of the machine I started having some trouble with the 2 silicone brushes falling out easily. I was afraid of losing them when cleaning parts. Customer service said there was nothing they could do and if I felt I needed a replacement even though it was relatively new I would have to order it. I ordered them but when I received them there was little difference and the new ones didn't…

The company does not listen to customers who have problems with the machine.

In mid-July I bought a Hurom H-AA Slow Juicer matte black for $439. Worked great for the first few weeks. This juicer was an upgrade: I previously bought a smaller Hurom which I then passed on to a family member after the upgrade. After a few weeks, the Hurom began to moan or make high-pitched noises when I put pieces of harder food in it, which had never happened before.
