Good cast aluminum for what you pay. They wont rust. Be careful when you put the screws into the bottom table top. Two of them stripped the screw hole going the table. The table top scratches if you assemble the table top face down. It scratched during assembly on my deck surface with very little movement during assembly. Not coated very well but good table and sturdy for the price and it wont rust. Just be very careful when you start to tighten the screws in good you don't strip the table screw hole. Be careful with the face of the table when it's face down during assembly. it scratches easy. Put a blanket or soft tarp under it during assembly to avoid scratching. Remember, this was made in China! Nice table for the price line. If it scratches you can always coat it with a little Rustolium Paint.
