Holy Cow! If you don't have 6 months to devote yourself entirely to the assembly, it's a waste of money! Even then, you'll need a PhD in dollhouse art. The ONLY two items that were recognizable were the toilet and the plant. Otherwise it is a box with at least 1000 pieces. Tiny, tiny, pieces. To make a potted plant, you would cut, grind, and fold a small square out of green sheet paper. THEN cut, sand and roll a small square of red paper for the flower. THEN use the MFA magically to make that tiny bundle of paper look like a plant as you place it in the pot. Oh, and did I mention the instructions are in CHINESE! And the worst thing is you have no idea how bad it is until you open everything. I'm definitely sending back a refund, hopefully they have someone who can come in and repackage all the tiny bits!
