I think go one size bigger.
Size aside, the shoe doesn't feel as solid as other Asics running shoes. I have other models, especially sneakers, and they are great.
Pros
- These shoes look great and feel great. ASICS is always in shape.
Cons
- Gel-Glyde 2 may not provide adequate arch support for individuals with flat feet.
