Last year at my dentist's I spent $300 on a new lab made night watch. I've gone through several of them over the years and this one was no different. The customs officer had a tear. Rather than shelling out another $300 or more for a new mouthguard, I read a review from a famous New York dentist who recommended the Oral-B nightguard. Following simple instructions, I peeled off the pad in 10 minutes, let it cool and dry for an hour, and then inserted it into my mouth. It was perfect.
