Tried to shape it (or shape it if you're Canadian) a few times but couldn't shape it right to fit - it was too small and had to stick tabs that are in the sky. I ended up saying fuck it and get it back. Trying to call their support is useless - they never answer - just because it says Oral-B means nothing.

This product is terrible from start to finish. The packaging says one size, but I feel my teeth are too big for this product. It was like a balancing act, not just chewing through the shape. The instructions say if the product doesn't fit, just reheat and try again. After three attempts I came up with something halfway suitable. I then let it cure for 60 minutes per the directions. I like it very much since using it for several weeks. It is thin and not bulky, fits well and has no uncomfortable pressure zones in the mouth.
