Because of the many positive reviews I ordered Oral B night protection. However, I am very dissatisfied with my order and the money I wasted on this product. I followed the shaping instructions verbatim and once the night light had fully cured I could not remove it from the shaping tray. I called customer service and they told me to put it in the freezer for 45 minutes and then it should "pop right out". This was not the case. I had to use a knife to split open the mold shell and then pull out the night watchman. After all this, the night watchman didn't even fit! It didn't even cover my front teeth, completely defeating the purpose of being a night watchman. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
