I wish I had read the reviews because I could see from them that the magnets on these timers are weak. And no, I'm not saying little, I'm saying put one on the fridge and watch it fall weakly to the floor. Flower wilting in 100 degree sun is weak. Fainting at the sight of faint blood. Draft avoidance is weak. Weak for the first time at the gym. The first time on the boat is weak. You know. Things won't stay in place. You pick them up and they sigh on the floor like a teenager when you ask them to do the dishes. Everything else is great, hence the 3 stars. Since we have spare magnets that can remove fingers that get caught between them, we hot glue them to the back of these magnets - if you don't have that option, send them back. It's great that they're cheap. but they are cheap. ;)
