Review on Calphalon Activesense Blender: Blend-N-Go Cup & Powerful Performance in Dark Stainless Steel by Carrie Anderson

Of course this is a big improvement over the 20 year old oster I used which just died. I looked at the Vitamix but at this price point. Hey! Then I saw it on Lightning Deal and read some reviews about it on other sites. The difference with the Vitamix is only 109 hp, but the price difference is huge. So I got this one and I'm thrilled. So far it's delicious guacamole, chunky fresh salsa, creamy hummus, thick milkshakes, the perfect first press daiquiri, frozen fruit smoothies (just make sure to add enough liquid!), and countless protein shakes. We use it at least 3 times a day as it is very easy to clean (unlike the old Easter). Seriously, one of my best kitchen purchases in a long time. I highly recommend it.
