Calphalon Activesense Blender: Blend-N-Go Cup & Powerful Performance in Dark Stainless Steel Review

This blender works very well. It has trouble with sliced frozen fruit and ice, and I didn't have to shake the blender jar to make sure everything was mixed. I liked the thick or liquid version and I like the percentage display. It's easy to clean. I've only used the larger cup, so I can't talk about mixing directly in the smaller cup just yet. I used to have a Ninja and this one is a little quieter. So far I love this blender!

UPDATE: I got a second blender from Revain and it does EXACTLY the same thing. This is a $200 blender and I think I was expecting more quality control. I don't know where to start but this blender shouldn't be as powerful as advertised. My Cuisinart 5+ hand blender handled my regular post-run smoothie better than this blender. I have to keep pouring the smoothie into the cup and then back into the blender after it inevitably stops blending. This then allows the mixing to continue until complete.
