This set contains a large number of hooks at a good price. The back cover can be easily removed. Once the hook is in the down position, it will be held firmly in that position and will not move unless moved by a person. The glue is really strong. I like that the back is transparent so it doesn't draw attention to the fact that there is a hook on the wall. The square shape allows you to place hooks next to each other to reduce the required wall space. I bought these hooks to organize my son's hats, bags and jackets. They held the jacket well with a hanging tag attached to the jacket. The weight of the jacket was not an issue with this hook. It didn't work for hats because the hook size was too small to fit the hat band. The hook was not wide enough for a bag or backpack. I wish the hook was wider. The main reason for the 3 star rating is that they cannot be reused. As instructed I used a hair dryer to try to reposition one of them. It took a lot of effort to remove the adhesive, even with a hair dryer, and it just ended up peeling the entire backing off, taking a lot of paint with it. As I placed the hook to cover the stripped paint, the sides of the sticky side curled at the ends. For my purposes it can still be used in the closet but I'm very glad I didn't experiment on the outside wall.
