The design of these hooks is very nice. They look good. I purchased them to hang a very lightweight canvas picture on top of a magnetic black board in a classroom. The picture weighs less than four pounds, and these hooks are "rated" to hold 65. No way. I had to use BOTH hooks to hang this lightweight picture since the hook alone slid down the surface to the bottom. Really did not work for me.would not stick to front door to hang a wreath that is not that large. Did not return them as I may have a future use for them.

I bought these to hang wreaths, etc. on my classroom doors. (The Scotch brand hooks just weren't up to the task. ) They are not easy to remove but that is what I wanted. While the magnets are super strong, the wire attached to the magnet could use a little beefing up. Regardless, I would definitely buy again.

I use this to hang a big calendar on the side of the fridge. The old magnet was too small and would slide down. May not be suitable for use near water or moisture.

….they do not hold even 30 lbs. I bought these for use in my home gym to store some chains on the weightlifting rack. The chains weigh 30 lbs. each so these sounded like they would handle the weight with ease. But they slid right down the metal rack. They are still good to use for hanging up other items on the rack to keep it more organized so that is why I didn't return the product.

Just what I was looking for to hang a heavy wreath on a steel door. My only issue is with the packaging the magnets were separated by a plastic ring, but when I took them apart the ring fell on the ground and the magnets connected, they are so strong it was almost impossible to separate them, at least I know my wreath will be secure.

These are strong magnetics, but they do swivel so if you use both of them to hold up something with a strap, like a backpack or a heavy purse, the hooks swing inward and don't seem to be as strong (they slid down the wall). However, if you use just one hook to hold the item, it seemed to stay in place better. Overall, very pleased with the product.

Love these magnets! We have steel siding on our home and my husband didn't want any drilled holes to hang anything. I have used these magnets to put up various decorations in our enclosed deck area. In theory, these are great. I intended to use them to hang a step stool on the side of my refrigerator, and the magnetic force is strong if you’re attempting to pull the magnet off the fridge, but’s it’s relatively weak if you slide the magnet around. So my 5 pound step stool slides down the side of the fridge instead of staying in place towards the top of the fridge. I’m not sure what I can do to prevent the sliding down. Great product using to hang a key hook which my husband hangs keys and ball caps on. Our door to our garage is metal so thisproduct is great and stronger than others I have tried. The rack is metal and has 5 places to hang things, right now has 3 ball caps and2 sets of keys. Would highly recommend and would buy again.

These are strong magnets. We use them on our fridge to hold cooking utensils. It's been a great way to keep things close at hand as well as saving space in our kitchen drawers. We ordered a second set the day that they arrived.I'd recommend not sticking two magnets together, but if you do, slide them apart. Attempting to pull them apart will likely end up with you pulling the clips off of the magnets.

Items arrived quickly.These are very strong magnets. They come with a plastic washer between them so you can pull them apart. After pulling them apart, I placed them side by side on the counter. When I picked them up they touched with nothing between. It took rigging a couple of wire hangers into the holes where the hooks attach to slide them apart in opposite directions.They‘ll work great on the outside of my grill to hold tongs and BBQ gloves.

They are very strong and not easily removed which you want in a magnet that holds items. A child will not remove it when you place it.
