I've come to the sad conclusion that Articka lacks in several key areas. The poor quality of their service to customers is a major problem. Their website is well-designed and simple to use, but it lacks the individual attention that many customers crave. Customers are frequently left irritated and dissatisfied by Articka's support team due to their slow response times and lack of assistance.
