The product does not correspond to the description, poor quality.

I've had a really unpleasant experience with this laptop after exactly a year of use: 1. The laptop cover's poorly designed fastening required me to contact the SC for warranty repair. 2. The battery started to quickly deplete: whereas it could easily operate for 8 hours without recharging at the beginning of the year, it can now only operate for 3 hours (I work in MS Office). The ambient temperature can effect the pace of battery drain, according to HP Support, but I didn't seem to relocate to the North. 3. Started observing suspensions. Both the SC and the support service overlooked this problem; initially they were short-lived, but now they last for 5 seconds. In terms of the support service, it's generally hell. People respond inanely, stating that we value your opinion and that you are free to behave as you choose. Yet, the producer touts the ENVY line as premium.

Pros
  • Strong screen, portability, and lovely wooden insert.
Cons
  • 1. A flimsy lid design 2. The battery quickly deteriorated. 3. Suspended 4. Occasionally, the cooler begins to sound like a Boeing 777. I would have told myself a year ago not to bring this laptop, given the usage experience. thought a high-end laptop costing over $100,000 would be much better.
