Ideal for small spaces!
My laundry room is small and perfect for my needs. When not in use, I just close it and don't take up any space. I put it in front of the laundry counter while washing, but when I need the counter I can just slide it to the other side with the clothes. At first my husband thought it wasn't strong enough, but once he installed it we found that it would hold clothes with no problem. The only downside I found is that the first folding section is a bit tight and difficult to open and close, but we think it will loosen up over time. I highly recommend it.
