Cute skirt - my new review
I got it for my daughter's witch costume. She loves it and would wear it everyday of I let her. I had to exchange it for a different size and recently the tails of the ribbon fell off but it's still cute.

- Super cute, my daughter was turning 3, she is about 33 lbs. I ordered the 3t. Fit great
Cons
- The skirt may be too long for some toddlers, making it a tripping hazard
