Poor craftsmanship - Sport

Received this bandage on Saturday or Sunday - put it in the freezer - first time on my horse on a Monday afternoon, the stitching started to separate from the outer edge - use them only once a day for 15-20 minutes; Wednesday and it got worse and I'm not even sure I can use it - I have photos but my phone won't boot properly. If the buyer gives me their email address, I can send it directly.
