Firstly this machine is very difficult to fill. The waste/solution tank is huge and mounted on a handle. When you let go of the handle to use it, it's quite heavy, so I wouldn't recommend it for a small or infirm person. Aside from that one big issue, there are a lot of good things about this car. As I said, the tank is huge, but it also lasts a long time. Uses less solution several times than my pet Bissell Pro Heat and does the job much better. Instead of one rotating brush, it has several smaller brushes that rotate horizontally. It doesn't leave clumps of hair and fibers like my Bissell. You also have an excellent view of the recovery tank, so you can clearly see the work progress. The result for me was incredible. I was about to throw out my rugs but now they look brand new in comparison. What annoys me is that when the recovery tank starts to fill up, if you bump something or push the car, there's a valve in the tank. which closes and suction stops. Then you need to turn off the machine, wait for it to completely stop, and you will hear the valve return to its place. You can reboot and continue. It gets very sensitive towards the end, I've had to do this a dozen times or more. A small price for a machine with a very powerful motor, very easy to load with water and mortar, very easy to dispose of dirty things. , and clean this tank (dirty tank splits in half for very easy cleaning), has a very long cord and is not insanely noisy. Supplied with upholstery tool bag and hose. is not installed in the car and you can simply put the bag somewhere until you need it. Mine sold for $150. Came with a small bottle of shampoo that lasted a long time. great results but i don't want grandma to operate. If you have a grandmother, make rugs for her too.
