First of all the photos they show are photoshopped. I was specifically looking for a one piece 1 piece table top. All photos they show are photoshopped to avoid the forked seam at the middle edge of the desktop. They deliberately don't show assembly videos or pictures of the underside.Hmmmm. CONS: As long as you don't over tighten the Akea '20' type mounting screws on the bottom, the '20' screws and the 2 stabilizing brackets, and don't pry the screw fasteners out of the table or protruding through the top, it you should be fine. But it's still a "two-piece upper"! The mouse pad is pretty cool, but I've been putting heavy objects on the edge for 5 days and it still wants to roll off the very edge. Higher in the front corner as you can see in the image I provided. I wanted to be able to use the mouse pad or not, but with a huge slot in the middle, mmm. PROS: After the two piece problem, the table is very stable (should be after all those screws and brackets lol). It has a very nice open feel, the curved front of the bodice is new. I don't really like red, but the design of the upper is pretty cool in its own way. I like cable holes and covers. for cable management, never seen before, I like :DOver All - I'll leave the table. Because of the split top, I have to constantly use my mouse pad. For the price and what it is, this is a good deal. But I can't change the 2 star rating as they are all misleading with the lack of real photos and lack of information that would show you the 'full' truth about their product.
