Review on Intermatic EK4236S Select Electronic Photocontrol by Masud Taylor

The product has been connected and installed. However, it didn't seem to work. I was confused. I ended up calling the Intermatic service center and speaking to a technician. He advised me to make sure the power and load wires were actually connected properly. So I swapped these two wires and everything worked fine! Couldn't be happier. The old light barrier and the new Intermatic EK4236S would have worked right away if I had read and followed the instructions. As I said, I am very satisfied with this product. In addition, the technician was polite and quickly identified my problem. Thank you Michael
