Stools usually don't last long in our shop. Wheels fall apart, cylinders no longer spin up and down, seat surfaces crack and seat cushions splinter, melt or simply fall apart. Not so with these children. They are well built. We have one that is over 8 years old and has never had to buy spares. (Yes, you can get details for them). We love them so much we recently bought six more. You are cozy. Many of our welding jobs are done seated for 8-12 hours a day for several weeks. I mentioned that we do a lot of welding work. Not a single burnt or melted seat cover yet. It looks like a rubber heavy vinyl cover. I'm not saying they are fire/sweat proof, but to survive in our business they come close. They roll easily and smoothly on seamed concrete. In general, it fully justifies the price for a mid-range stool. We've stopped wasting time fixing broken stools and filling trash cans with irreparable ones. Very happy.
