I bought this mug because it's hard to find a dishwasher safe travel mug and the description says it's 'dishwasher safe'. But as soon as I received it, the packaging clearly states that this is not the case. Also, the only way to fill 20 ounces in it is to remove the lid. I have another mug that holds 20 ounces with the lid on, so I had to adjust the amount of coffee I brew on my Keurig so I don't have too much for that mug. The lid leaks where the mouth is and liquid gets under the tongue. who closes. You can take it off for cleaning, but it's still annoying. All in all, this is a beautiful mug. I like the way it looks. And I like its shape. It fits better in my car. But I regret the purchase and would like to find something better.
