Broken and/ or empty bottles
I love this product and have ordered many many bottles over the years. Unfortunately the last 2 bottles purchased arrived broken. I took a chance and ordered one more time. It arrived not broken but bottle was empty, no product inside. Hmmmm.It's too bad the company doesn't offer returns for defective merchandise. I will now have to find a local shop that carries this Reboost. Definitely can't keep ordering just to receive defective merchandise. Really too bad. It is a wonderful product otherwise.
