I would give this 1 star as one of the buds came DOA. It didn't charge or turn on at all. However, I contacted the seller and he offered me to exchange the product. New buds were delivered in about a week. I don't usually pay attention to the packaging, but this product is packaged very well. It comes with a variety of accessories to fit all ear types. Pros: It fits my ears perfectly. They fit very well and don't hang around like my other wireless earbuds. When the headphones are in my ear, they also do an excellent job of noise-cancelling. I couldn't hear my noisy kids 6 and 2 in it. The sound quality is amazing too. I was listening to some music and turned the volume all the way up and it was LOUD and the sound was crystal clear! I love the premium look and feel of this product. I have a cheap pair of wireless headphones and there is a noticeable difference. Cons: The first pair I received was defective, but the seller exchanged the product for me with no problem. It takes a little longer to charge than I would like. It would be nice if they had a quick charge feature. Overall, I highly recommend these powerful little headphones. They are comparable to the high-end brand me.
