Best hanging option

Bought these for bathroom mirrors. I couldn't hang the nails back then because the studs didn't line up where I placed them and I didn't want to risk ruining the new drywall with a bunch of holes. Following the instructions I attached them to the back of my mirrors which have wooden frames and are holding up great. Of course I'm waiting for them to collapse in the middle of the night, but they haven't moved, I'm impressed.
