used it to convert my Rapidbox with Flash Bracket to Bowen to take AD200
Westcott wasn't entirely honest when they created the Rapidbox switch if they didn't say it was actually the oldest Rapidbox. By removing 4 screws you can convert the bracket on your old Rapidbox to this bracket to work with Bowen compatible flashes. This insert is a little overpriced, but it's the cheapest and easiest option for my AD200.
