This digital frame requires you to use an additional software online (Whale Photo) to download photos into the digital frame. Not everyone wants to use a wireless system. Not everyone finds this to be the easiest method for use. Not everyone wants a third party to process their photos. What a pain.I can connect the laptop to the digital frame. The frame is the perfect size. The app will not send me the "verification” code. I’ve tried several emails. I don’t like the app at all . It only allows 10 photos at a time and video and photo must be separate. The app or frame isn’t User FRIENDLY in my option. For example, you can't make the photos full screen or they'll be too big for the frame (instead of each picture shrinking to the size of the frame as a full photo). If that makes sense. One of the best gifts I have purchased for grandpa. Super easy to upload pictures using the app so he can enjoy the boys' photos right in his home. Love the option of using the PC control to upload pictures to this frame. I uploaded close to 1000 pictures in about 20 minutes. All landscape photos automatically adjust to the right size once uploaded. Portrait photos need to be manually adjusted to properly show up, which is actually a fun thing to do together with the boys.

I got 1 frame for Christmas. I love it so I ordered a second one. I think it was a return, it was supposed to be brand new. It had a user and location already on it when I plugged it in for the 1st time. I used the factory reset and cleared it out to start over. It worked as it's supposed to after that for a couple of days but has now stopped connecting to my wifi for uploads. If you have an iphone, you can transfer pictures directly from your phone camera roll to the picture frame with the companion app. The frame also includes clock, alarm, calendar, music, video, and weather functions making it feel like an all-in-one bedside utility.

This product is poorly made. The screen goes scrambled often and the app running the frame crashes at least daily when the screen is working. The company provided a replacement and it has the same problem. Avoid this product. It's not worth the discount being offered around Christmas.

Nice features on it. But I don't like how the picture doesn't fit to the screen so the picture isn't as big as the screen is.

Took it out of the box and the ridiculously flimsy stand to hold this 14inch frame up broke in 2 seconds from the weight of the stand.i never even plugged it in or turned it on. if its that cheap out of the box then back it goes

I Love this product! Hours of laughter and family memories to enjoy ongoing. It only took me ten minutes to set everything up from my WiFi connection to my iPhone to the photo device. The best part were the family videos that keep playing and fill our household with joy. The picture is clear and the sound is fantastic! I recommend this product. It fit nicely on our living room wall next to our other family pictures.

The frane looks great and there are several options to add pictures. The only downside is the actual screen came a bit crooked from the frame. It's not too noticable and honestly for the price it's a great deal.
