I got 1 frame for Christmas. I love it so I ordered a second one. I think it was a return, it was supposed to be brand new. It had a user and location already on it when I plugged it in for the 1st time. I used the factory reset and cleared it out to start over. It worked as it's supposed to after that for a couple of days but has now stopped connecting to my wifi for uploads. It's annoying to have to use a USB cord to upload pictures, but the hassle of resetting and returning it is more annoying.
