This digital frame requires you to use an additional software online (Whale Photo) to download photos into the digital frame. Not everyone wants to use a wireless system. Not everyone finds this to be the easiest method for use. Not everyone wants a third party to process their photos. What a pain.I can connect the laptop to the digital frame. I can find the frame on the computer and even copy files to the digital frame. However, none of these files will be recognized unless the user is willing to allow a third party to process the photos. Looks like I am sending this back.
