For the most part I was satisfied with this product when it first arrived. Really liked the exercise chart that came with to get me started. but I think the surface (though non-slip) is a little rough feeling and I cover it when laying on it. I have had this just over a month and only used it a a few times. When using the band it tends to slip. The area you sit on isn't much room. Today, my first attempt at lowering the sides were a disaster. It was clumsy in turning under and kind of bent toward the side and needed to be straightened out. I do not think this item will last under regular use, too flimsy. I opted to return it while I can.not really what I expected.
