There are the following modes of operation, switched from the remote control a) off b) Turns on in the dark only by movement for a period until it sees movement +15 seconds, and does not burn at all in the light c) In the dark, it turns on constantly at about a quarter of the power, and if it sees movement, it turns on to the fullest for the duration of the movement +15 seconds, and does not turn on during daylight hours d) In the dark, it simply glows at a quarter of the power.
