They are easy to install and meet my basic requirement of not wanting to hang power cords on the wall and not running electrical wires behind the wall to plug in some lightbulbs. The remote control is terribly broken. It's missing a feature that anyone would appreciate: a timer. If I forget to turn them off instead, the batteries will be completely dead overnight. I'll still replace them in the morning if I forget to turn them off. When I think about the other battery powered LEDs I have I think they really have to be one of the least efficient LEDs on the market.
