Review on Flock Freight by Christian Young

The most important thing I like about this program, it's user-friendly! It has all of my billing information already set up when we started using them so there was no confusion at first glance as to how things worked or what you needed for insurance purposes etc. They are very quick with payments which makes life easier from our end also. There really isn't anything that stands out negatively but it could be improved upon (more info) if they were able to offer more than one carrier/provider option per day. We use their truck fleet services because of speediness of payment process and ease of tracking shipments online via website; however, sometimes other carriers can beat price slightly, especially during holidays such as Thanksgiving week where rates tend not to drop much due to increased demand. They are very easy to work with, they understand our business needs and will provide exactly what we need for all of our transportation services. I like working with them because their customer service team really cares about me as an individual and not just another number. If you're looking for a new partner or are stuck between choosing two carriers - go with Flock! We have been able to use Flock's expertise to save us money without sacrificing quality.
