I like that they have an open door policy for any questions you might need answered or concerns addressed while using their services! Not much really but if there is something in particular i would love them too be more specific about it as opposed to just "we are here to help" which can apply to most things. The most important thing I like about this system is that it has an amazing interface which makes managing my shipping process very easy for me as well as all of our employees who are using them daily! There isn't anything really wrong though - just some minor issues here or there but nothing major enough where i would say "this needs fixing". This program allows us (as business owners) to track every single shipment from beginning-to end in one place so no matter what department you're working

The customer service was excellent. They were very helpful in every step of our move. We had to travel out of state so that made it more difficult but they worked hard to get us what we needed as soon as possible. I would recommend this company to any one looking for the best moving service around. No problems what so ever. If you are searching for the right movers to help transport your items then look no further. This is where it all started and I am glad to say we have not been disappointed.

The fact I am able get my freight moved from A-Z without much hassle is good for me as an ecommerce seller, but also helps our team move in time sensitive projects through quickly which has been great! It's not perfect by any means; it can be hard sometimes getting things set up correctly so that you're doing them right or they are even making sense (to us). Ease of order management system is great for when you need an ASAP fulfillment service or if your shipping times are longer then 1-2 days
