Not easy but looks good
It is not easy to remove the original parts as shown in the video. I used a trim remover to rip off the silver part and figured I'd take the whole block off. The button itself was tricky too, using a credit card to pry it off as another comment suggested. You must correctly position the new button in its place. All said and done looks great. My x7 is only 2 weeks old so it may have been difficult to remove the factory parts.
