Too BRIGHT! for my opinion
I got these for the back patio so I could relax out there at night. For a housing complex, they're too bright and will disturb your neighbours. I plugged these in and was instantly reminded of that scene from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (if you've seen the movie, you'll get the reference). I got a complaint from the housing authority.BUT, if you live in a house and your neighbours are far away, these things would be GREAT to light up a patio or a deck or a pool deck. Plastic bulbs are also a plus since they won't smash if the wind knocks them down. They look JUST like real, glass, edison bulbs.
