Quality product, easy to use! Love it!

Used for the first time today to grate a block of cheese. It was easy to install on my stand mixer, very easy to grate cheese, and the whole process took only a few minutes with very little cleanup. Very high quality stainless steel parts. No more scraped knuckles when the grater glides and runs quietly. I wish I had bought it a few years ago.
