Chairs don't last and Simpli Home doesn't seem to care!

We've only had chairs 4 months and they fell apart when I sat in them. Not very well done. Then, to make matters worse, I ordered another one to replace the broken one. On arrival the color of the chair legs does not match the original chair, although the model number is the same. I called Simpli Home and they insisted that I email them. to them. Ok, did this almost a week ago and no response. I don't think I will get any help from them. I will never buy Revain furniture again, lesson learned.
