I love the fact that the platform is very easy to use, the customer services are fast and they are very responsive to any of our needs. I haven't found any downsides so far. It would be great if they could add a mobile app for us to access the platform directly from our smartphones. Try it for free and you will see how easy and how much easier it is than other platforms. It's really easy to use and the customer service is great. We have been able to increase our company's bookings without problems and we have been able to improve our customer experience. I like the ability to post my availability and to be able to see how busy I am. I like that it is easy to post my availability and update my availability. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as I would like. I would like to be able to make changes to my availability and have those changes show up immediately.
