The platform is very easy to use and allows you to manage all your activities in one place. In addition, it has an extensive reporting system which can be used by everyone within our organisation. There are many more features that could be added to this software but these would make it too complicated so we have limited them at present. We found the customer service from Sellsoft extremely helpful when setting up the product initially. They were able to answer any questions I had quickly and efficiently. It was not until after implementation that I realised how much time my colleagues spent answering emails about technical issues! However, once everything has been set-up correctly then there should be minimal support required. This solution helps us track invoices received, payments made etc. It also provides regular updates on supplier performance and ensures we do not miss out on opportunities due to poor communication between ourselves and our suppliers.
