I bought this to replace a cracked screen in my 2017 Civic EX. While it (mostly) gets the job done, it has a few key flaws that I haven't seen in other reviews: - With polarized glasses, it's impossible to see anything on the screen at all without looking directly at the screen ( at max screen brightness) There doesn't seem to be a setting to turn it off. So when your right turn signal is on, all you see is a black screen. The microphone is pretty bad, when I'm on the phone people often can't hear me. if i don't scream -The USB port is now unable to provide enough power to charge my phone when it was fine before installing this device. -The manual has very worn installation instructions, I had to find a YouTube video to get some detailed instructions needed to properly install the cables. I noticed it in the first week and a half of use so there may be more in the future. While this device does have some advantages over a standard radio (better touchscreen, ability to run apps independently from the phone, equalizer settings), it does have some glaring issues that I'd like to know about before purchasing the device. I hope this helps future potential buyers!
