I ordered the Rage Fit resistance band and waist trainer as I was looking for something affordable and good quality. These products have exceeded my expectations! The material is of excellent quality. The band resistance is perfect for squats, fire hydrants and other leg exercises. Let me tell you when I removed the belt trainer after my workout. I DRINK! It was very comfortable to wear and I felt like I was wearing almost nothing. I would recommend these products to everyone!
