The protective glass is the wrong size and does not fit well

So the build quality seems solid. My only problem as a phone tech is the protective glass. I cleaned the screen really well before trying to install it and it doesn't seem to be the right size and not sticking at all as the case itself looks solid but can't speak to durability yet but the screen protector does is definitely questionable.
