I like that it's easy to use with no technical knowledge required. It also has great customer service which makes me feel more comfortable using their product since they're always quick responding when there are issues or questions about how something works. Nothing! We started out as an online survey platform but then realized we could do so much better than surveys alone. So now our customers get all of this information in one place while getting access to valuable data from us through Google Analytics (which was not being used properly). The best part is that we can easily manage our content in one spot. It's easy to use and it works like a charm. I think it would be great if the customer service could be more personal. I think that the support could be a little more active in helping us solve problems. There isn't much to dislike. I would say that it's a great tool for managing content. We are managing our content in one place. We are also able to see what's going on in our content.
