It's easy to use in my view it allows me to see what is going on at any given time so I can be aware of deadlines for different jobs that are due or work being done. There was nothing i disliked about this as far as functionality goes but if you want something more robust then look elsewhere. I like that you can easily create different types of calendars for your team to use throughout their day-to-day activities! It is very easy to see what needs attention next week or month depending on which calendar they are using at any given time in order to get tasks done effectively. Some users might not be familiar with how this program works so it may take them some getting used too but once everything becomes clear it's great!!
