I like that you can easily create different types of calendars for your team to use throughout their day-to-day activities! It is very easy to see what needs attention next week or month depending on which calendar they are using at any given time in order to get tasks done effectively. Some users might not be familiar with how this program works so it may take them some getting used too but once everything becomes clear it's great!! We have been able to manage our marketing efforts much better through creating several calendars within one system.
