It's easy to use in my view it allows me to see what is going on at any given time so I can be aware of deadlines for different jobs that are due or work being done.

There was nothing i disliked about this as far as functionality goes but if you want something more robust then look elsewhere. We needed an all-in-one tool that allowed us to manage our marketing calendar, keep track of tasks and also allow us to add new content when required. The ease of use has been key here since we have no previous experience with such software.
