Definitely sharp on hand tools
As you can see from the picture, the blade becomes extremely sharp. So when the blade slipped off my workbench and flashed on my finger, it cut easily. It cuts through the oily lipid part of the skin so I think it can grind a lot more. Be careful, be careful, use cut resistant gloves if you don't like blood
