This is a mixed review. I have just ordered and received my wall mount and the installation was very easy. I liked it at first. And now I've changed my mind. Don't get me wrong: the concept is great. I regret the cheapness of the plastic from which the "wing nuts" are made. I've already had a wing nut completely ripped off and I really didn't feel like I had overtightened anything. I just petted him. Anyhow, I noticed that one of the other wing nuts is also half broken, so I expect it to come loose the next time I try to adjust the mounting lever position. The depth of the phone holder is probably accurate. if you don't use a case. In its current form, my phone with a case sits right on the edge of landing in the depths. I could do better by removing some of the foam on the mount itself. So far it's holding up but my phone jumped out and I tried several times to throw a kamikaze bomb at my face. This is really very bad. I really want you to like it because I've been looking for a mount like this for a long time. I wish there were other options on the market, but I really haven't found any. Let's hope you can buy replacement wing nuts for pennies and not have to buy the entire bracket new at full price. Just a little disappointed with how brittle the plastic wing nuts are. This is probably my biggest snag on this one. If they were stronger I would up my rating to 4/5 stars.
